Through this website, the CONTROLLER wishes to inform you about INSTRUCT project activities and services. The CONTROLLER may, depending on the development and progress of the company and the sector, extend its website to include new services, activities or contents, in order to improve the services and quality of the service provided. Conversely, the CONTROLLER also reserves the right to cancel, modify, substitute or restrict the contents, services or activities, expressly and without prior notice to the users.
What data do we collect?
Contact forms and newsletter
We collect the identifying data of users and visitors of the Website who wish to request contact information (name, email address) and register to receive information through a newsletter (name and email address).
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
How and where is your information shared?
INSTRUCT project ensures the confidentiality of the data provided and guarantees that in no case will be transferred to third parties.
The personal data you provide when completing the forms are incorporated into our database and are only used to process your requests and/or send you information about our services if you have requested it.
To provide services strictly necessary for the development of the activity, INSTRUCT project shares data with the following service providers under their respective privacy conditions:
- Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
- INSTRUCT does not share your personal data with the hosting or content providers.
How long we retain your data?
The personal data provided will be retained for as long as no request for deletion is made by the data subject or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
